At Marinette Primary School, we are dedicated to providing a positive learning experience for our youngest learners as they enter our doors. We want your child’s experience to be engaging to develop a lifelong appreciation for learning, critical thinking and problem-solving.
What does a normal day at Marinette Primary School look like? Students will begin their day with community building activities aimed at helping them develop social and emotional skills, and will engage in academic learning and activities throughout the day. There is also unstructured time throughout the day for students to engage in purposeful play and activities to support their educational experience.
The newly designed Primary Building is a caring place in which all staff members have the students’ best interest at heart. We are here to listen to your concerns, and we strive to keep every child safe and happy while they take their first steps academically. We look forward to working alongside you as we find ways to help each child continuously improve throughout the school year. Our goal is for your child to make friends, enjoy learning, and develop a respect for those around them. We encourage you to be involved in this process by staying in contact with your child’s teacher(s) through Seesaw, email, phone or by stopping at school for a conference.
