About Us

Marinette School District is a public school district that services the city of Marinette.  The city is located in northeast Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Michigan’s Green Bay, on the Wisconsin/Upper Peninsula Michigan border.  Marinette and the surrounding communities are part of Wisconsin’s proud maritime heritage.  Manufacturers, retail, small businesses, UW Green Bay-Marinette, and Northeast Technical College-Marinette all call Marinette home.  The Marinette School District proudly serves students in Early Childhood through 12th grade with an excellent public educational program. 
 
Board of Education:

The Marinette School District is served by a nine-member Board, who serve three-year terms for (non- or designated) seats. 
 
Schools:
The District has one early learning center for 4 year-old and 5 year-old kindergarten; three elementary schools for grades 1-4; one middle school, grades 5-8; and one high school, grades 9-12.
