February 2020

  •  4:   District Rightsizing Advisory Committee reviews survey

  • 18:  School Perceptions shares draft of Rightsizing Community Survey shared with Board for input then approval

March 2020

  • 17: Email survey to staff via district email to ensure ALL staff have the opportunity to fill out survey 

  • 18, 19, 20: Survey the community w/support from School Perceptions to gauge the level of broad community support 

April 2020

  • 6: School Perceptions Survey Deadline

  • School Perceptions begins work on report creation

  • Continue community engagement as necessary

May 2020

  • 19: School Perceptions presents Community Survey Results to School Board

June 2020

  • 16: Board reviews survey results and community feedback session report to determine final option that will move forward for action.  (Discussion in June)

July 2020

  • Board action: Based on final decision, create a timeline that includes involvement from impacted staff. 

August 2020

  • Based on August board decision, determine timeline for future work

  • Information campaign
