Five Marinette High School students (Mason, Ava, Anika, Sherry, and Matti) from three different science classes worked with the City of Marinette Forester, Todd L. in planting trees as part of an Urban Forestry program grant. The grant, from American Transmission Company (ATC), required the City of Marinette and Marinette High School students to help storm water retention in urban areas by planting trees that will not interfere with power lines. Students will return in to complete the landscaping project.
