Free & Reduced Food Program

The Food Service Application, as well as the rest of the Food Service Forms are available for you to download (remember that you must have a PDF reader on your computer or device).

The easiest way to submit a Free & Reduced Lunch Application is to log into your Skyward Portal. From there, please click "Family Access" and choose the "Food Service" tab on the left hand side. Once inside the food service tab, there will be a link titled "Applications" on the top right to fill out the form electronically. 


If you'd like a paper copy, please contact your child's school or the District Office at 715-735-1400
